Sales Policy

SPECIMEN(S) AVAILABILITY:

Email us for specimen availability. We will respond with the availability of the specimen(s) as soon as possible. If a specimen is not available we will contact you about a substitution and photo. Quite often our inventory has similar specimens as the ones depicted on this site. Included

TOTAL COST OF ORDER:

Along with the availability email reply will be the total cost of the order. This includes specimen(s) price, shipping, insurance and sales tax, if applicable. We will email these transaction costs to you before you fill out the Order Form.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. All transactions must be in US dollars (see our currency converter at the top of this page). The minimum order is $50 unless prior arrangement has been made with
C & C Forrester.

SALES TAX:

For UTAH customers the sales tax is 6.25%

DISCOUNTS:

Orders of $200 or more receive a 10% discount.
Higher discounts are negotiable for Dealers with a valid Sales Tax License.

SHIPPING:

Due to the increased cost of shipping, the minium charge will be $15.00. The shipping cost is nonrefundable. We are using the US Postal Service for shipping (Domestic and International) and we will ship your order after we receive payment. Oversized specimens could be charged more depending on weight.

INSURANCE:

If you request a specimen(s) to be shipped uninsured, we assume no financial responsibility for damage to the specimen or lack of delivery of the specimen.

INCLUDED WITH SPECIMEN(S) PURCHASE:

Inside your package with the specimen(s) will be a specimen label(s) and a receipt containing all purchase documentation. Please keep this documentation with your records.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED SPECIMENS:

If you receive a specimen(s) that you don't like, you have 10 days in which to examine and return it. When we receive the original shipment, in the same condition as it was sent and with the original packaging, your account will be credited. If a specimen is damaged, you must notify us immediately so that we can file an insurance claim. If this is not done, you are responsible for the specimen cost.
